Diana took the reins during a very difficult time for our family after losing our mother. We had hurdles to overcome for various reasons and she stayed the course. Very good overall, professional and experienced agent. Told us what we needed to get the best home for us. Would have liked more interviewing and education of the whole process though, as we were first time home buyers finding out some things last minute.

Diana was very professional & friendly. She completely understood what we were looking for and she was so patient with looking until we found the right house to be our home. She didn't try to sell us on any houses just to make a sale, but instead gave us honest insights and really supported what we wanted. We had a fantastic experience!
